About Me

I seek opportunities to lift others up and be their rock for whatever they need to be successful and fulfilled.

I want to celebrate with you the wins, big & small.

I deeply value life challenges and the gift of growth and wisdom that they provide. I will continue to put myself out there in the world and be open to opportunities to grow in whatever ways they’re presented. I have immense gratitude for what I have been given and what I have worked for in this life.

In my personal life I enjoy laughing, listening to podcasts, and most of all spending time outside, whether running, going for a walk with my dogs, playing disc golf, or paddleboarding. I am the companion and parent to two sweet dogs, "The Kids", who are my greatest teachers. The one thing in life that brings me pure joy, is animals.

How I Chose Virtual Support

A strong work ethic reflects character and values. To me, it’s rooted in integrity, honesty, accountability, humility, and a genuine desire to be useful. I hold myself to these standards in every role I take on, whether supporting individuals, small businesses, or large corporations, and it’s something I’m deeply proud of.

My background spans labor-intensive work in the harsh conditions of Interior Alaska to training operations leaders within a large American corporation. Across every environment, I worked hard to ensure things were done well, led teams with care and respect, built trusting relationships, and adapted as I grew. These experiences shaped who I am and what I bring to others today.

At the end of 2023, I left the corporate world to follow my values and start my freelance Virtual Support business, Onward & Forward LLC. I now help individuals and business owners create systems that keep them organized, while applying my creative and design skills to showcase their business and attract clients. At the root is encouragement, clarity, and integrity.

I thrive behind the scenes, helping others stay focused on their goals so they can continue moving Onward and Forward. If that sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to connect.
